Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from local makers and small businesses we trust and partner with. Many of the items you see here are the same ones we use inside The Healing Tree during our classes and sessions.
Are these your own products?
We don’t manufacture these products ourselves. We curate and offer products from local vendors whose values align with ours, so you can trust what you’re bringing into your space.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, all orders are in-store pickup only.
This allows us to support local connection, reduce waste, and ensure every product is handled with care.
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
